Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Leg ulcer/Lymphoedema specialist nurse (Band 6, 22.5 hours) to join the Tissue Viability team. The post covers community and hospital settings, delivering specialist wound care and coordinating workload to meet service demand.

The role requires assessment and management of leg ulcers, lymphoedema, and lower limb wounds, including multilayer bandaging and compression therapy, while providing leadership within the team.

Formación

• Specialist nurse for leg ulcers/lymphoedema within Tissue Viability.
• Band 6 level with community and hospital scope.
• Experience in wound care and complex leg ulcers.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement and review complex leg ulcer care.
• Provide wound care advice and manage lymphoedema strategies.
• Lead and delegate staff in line with lead nurse instructions.
