Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust in Norfolk is recruiting a Band 7 Lymphoedema Specialist Clinical Lead to co-lead our lymphoedema service within the Community Skin Integrity Team. You will drive high-quality care, guide nurses, and collaborate with dermatology colleagues to embed evidence-based practice and innovation.

The role focuses on strategic service development, patient-centred care plans, and training across the network to ensure consistent, excellent lymphoedema management

Responsabilidades

• Provide highly specialist lymphoedema advice and support to generalist nurses, care agencies and health professionals including doctors and consultants, to ensure excellent individualised patient care.
• Lead on training and education on specific and expert clinical treatments to support continuity of care for patients.
• Plan and provide an individualised plan of care for the patient with lymphoedema incorporating patient-focused goals and outcomes based on evidence-based practice.
• Support strategic and service development, vision and direction for lymphoedema services within the Integrated Care System where required and appropriate.
