The Chancery Rosewood in London seeks a Head Sommelier to curate a world-class wine experience with leadership, warmth, and authentic hospitality. You will guide guest interactions, develop talent, and elevate dining occasions through insightful recommendations and education.

Lead a sommelier team, oversee wine program across outlets, and partner with culinary and F&B teams to deliver exceptional food and wine experiences in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop a sommelier team.
• Deep knowledge of wine, service standards, and flavour pairings.
• Strong guest-relations skills and personalised recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop the sommelier team to deliver hospitality with expertise.
• Curate and oversee the wine programme for all outlets, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Build relationships with guests through personalised wine recommendations and memorable experiences.
• Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams to create exceptional wine pairings.
• Manage wine service standards across outlets, including decanting and presentation.
• Oversee cellar operations: stock control, inventory, and ordering.
