Job summary

Eden Hotel Collection in Cheltenham is seeking an Events Manager to coordinate conferences, weddings and events from enquiry to on‑the‑day delivery. You will read guests and turn visions into tailored packages, while ensuring rates align with our competitive set and luxury status.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role or proactive sales role within hospitality/events
Be a true people person – build natural rapport to drive sales and hit revenue targets
Master organiser with excellent attention to detail
Team player with strong team spirit and support for colleagues
Quick self-learner with a proactive, take-it-on attitude and resilience
Strong IT and admin skills are essential
Experience of Hart PMS is beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities

Organise conferences, weddings and events from enquiry through to the day of the event
Read guests and interpret their vision to create tailored packages and memorable experiences
Drive rates in line with the competition set and luxury status
