Job summary

Bremont Watch Company is seeking a skilled watchmaker to join the Henley-on-Thames service centre atelier. You will service and repair luxury timepieces to Bremont specifications, using advanced workshop tools and rigorous quality controls.

The role involves meticulous documentation and both independent and team work within a 37.5-hour week. Ideal candidates have a WOSTEP or equivalent diploma and 3–4 years bench experience on luxury watches, with a passion for craftsmanship and attention to

Qualifications

  • Education: WOSTEP or similar diploma in watchmaking.
  • Experience: minimum 3-4 years bench experience.
  • Proven experience on luxury timepieces.
  • Strong horological principles and techniques.
  • Passion for luxury watches and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Perform servicing, repairs and maintenance on timepieces to Bremont specifications.
  • Use state-of-the-art tools in a fully equipped workshop.
  • Conduct quality control checks to Bremont standards.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all services performed.
  • Work confidently alone or in a team; demonstrate analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Provide quick repairs (bracelet/strap) and partial repairs to approved levels.
  • Complete service ranges: hand-wound mechanicals, simple automatics, chronographs and small complications.
