Job summary

Cambridge House, Auberge Collection's new Mayfair luxury hotel, invites an attentive waiter to join during our pre-opening phase, delivering thoughtful service in a vibrant, experience-driven environment.

You'll work with the Head Waiter to ensure welcome, presentation and every detail meets our standards, while sharing knowledge of menus, wine and beverages. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required in this luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role, ideally within a luxury environment.
• A warm and professional manner, with strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of guest interaction.
• An interest in food, wine and beverages, with the enthusiasm to develop your product knowledge and service skills.
• A collaborative approach, with the confidence to take initiative, learn from experienced team members and support the wider team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, as required.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

• Work closely with the Head Waiter to prepare each table with precision and elegance, while helping orchestrate the natural rhythm of service across your section.
• Anticipate the needs of our guests with swift intuition, responding with care and transforming thoughtful details into lasting impressions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our culinary, beverage and wider Cambridge House teams, upholding the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and food safety in every detail.
• Share your knowledge, support your colleagues and contribute to a culture of excellence and camaraderie, helping establish the traditions and cherished moments that will define Cambridge House from its very first day.
