Job summary

Cambridge House in Mayfair is seeking a Waiter to bring our dining spaces to life with thoughtful, attentive service. Working with the Head Waiter, you will welcome guests and ensure every table is presented with care as we open our doors for a pre-opening chapter.

You will share knowledge of food, wine and beverages, guide guests to memorable moments, collaborate with culinary and beverage teams, and uphold high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role, ideally within a luxury environment.
• A warm and professional manner, with strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of guest interaction.
• An interest in food, wine and beverages, with the enthusiasm to develop your product knowledge and service skills.
• A collaborative approach, with the confidence to take initiative, learn from experienced team members and support the wider team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, as required.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

• Anticipate the needs of our guests with swift intuition, responding with care and transforming thoughtful details into lasting impressions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our culinary, beverage and wider Cambridge House teams, upholding the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and food safety in every detail.
• Share your knowledge, support your colleagues and contribute to a culture of excellence and camaraderie, helping establish the traditions and cherished moments that will define Cambridge House from its very first day.
