Frasers Group is seeking a Luxury Visual Merchandiser to deliver exceptional visual standards across our luxury estate, from flagship stores to new concepts. The role involves travel across the UK and frequent collaboration with brand partners to bring campaigns to life with impactful visuals.

You will lead visual merchandising guidelines, support seasonal launches, and ensure brand standards are consistently met across the estate while coaching store teams when needed.

Qualificações

• Strong VM experience in luxury fashion retail.
• Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer behaviour.
• Ability to influence brands and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and maintaining standards.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and packs for launches and campaigns.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing and Retail teams to support objectives.
• Communicate launches and updates to stores.
• Build relationships with luxury brand partners and support activations.
• Ensure brand standards across the estate.
• Support new store openings and elevation projects.
• Visit stores to identify opportunities to improve standards and customer experience.
• Deliver campaigns, installations and in-store activations.
