Job summary

Frasers Group’s Visual Team supports the delivery of visual merchandising standards across the business, driving sales, enhancing the customer experience and maintaining brand standards. Working closely with Retail, Commercial and Marketing teams, you will support store elevations, campaigns, installations and visual merchandising initiatives across the estate.

This role is based in our London Head Office with regular travel to stores across the UK, requiring strong organisation, proactive

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute visual merchandising communications and guidelines.
• Support the planning and implementation of store elevations, refits and installations.
• Conduct store visits and visual audits, identifying opportunities to improve standards.
• Work with Retail, Marketing and Commercial teams to execute campaigns and product launches.
• Ensure merchandising guidelines are implemented consistently across stores.
• Provide support, training and guidance to retail teams when required.
• Liaise with brands and stakeholders to maintain visual standards and resolve issues.
• Support operational planning, department administration and project coordination.
