Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service during every interaction with clients.
• Handle high volume of calls and emails professionally.
• Manage trip bookings, passenger docs, catering, ground transport, and special requests.
• Coordinate with Operations and suppliers to secure permits, slots, customs, and airport handling.
• Confirm day-of operations and track flight status, providing updates as required.
• Communicate changes or delays and proactively address client concerns.
• Resolve conflicts and act as client advocate when needed.
