Job summary

OMEGA, a flagship brand within the Swatch Group, seeks a dedicated Sales Advisor for its luxury retail environment. You will greet customers, promote and sell OMEGA watches, and contribute to meeting sales targets while delivering exceptional service in a premium setting.

You will be expected to maintain in-depth product knowledge, assist with merchandising, and engage with international clients to ensure a memorable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Retail Industry at a sales advisor level.
• Background in watch/jewellery or prestige retail is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with international customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve all customers, delivering a memorable experience.
• Know the product range and provide detailed information as needed.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of watches and related items.
• Assist in displays and merchandising as directed.
• Help the store reach monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Handle transactions securely and accurately.
