This role focuses on exceptional service and building enduring relationships with customers. Responsibilities include guiding the customer through product selections, upselling, maintaining store standards, and supporting omnichannel

Qualifications

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivation with professional selling techniques.
• Good customers focus with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers express their personality through dream looks and contribute to store success.
• Provide product insights, recommend items, and apply up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
• Build lasting relationships through omnichannel engagement and personalized offers.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure adherence to brand image and standards.
• Assist with store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and GDPR/health & safety compliance.
