Job summary

Burberry is seeking a Store Operations Manager for our flagship Sloane Street team. You will lead back-of-house operations to ensure a seamless luxury retail experience, supporting store teams and coordinating with internal departments and external service providers.

The role requires prior retail operations experience in luxury or premium environments, superb organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Retail operations experience, ideally luxury/premium.
• Excellent organisational skills and multi-tasking.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards.
• Effective communication across stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving with timely solutions.
• Passion for luxury retail and collaborative approach.
• SAP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient and compliant store processes.
• Deliver exceptional support and service to store teams, enabling a seamless customer experience on the shop floor.
• Maintain high standards of organisation, stock accuracy and operational excellence across all areas of the store.
• Build strong working relationships with internal departments and external service providers to ensure effective communication and execution.
• Monitor operational activities and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and service levels.
• Champion Burberry standards, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability and attention to detail.
