Qualifications

• Proven experience as Store Manager, Store Director or equivalent senior retail leader in a luxury environment.
• Successful track record leading large teams and improving performance through coaching and leadership.
• Strong clienteling expertise with a history of building lasting client relationships.
• Commercially astute with ability to balance strategic priorities and daily operations.
• Experience in a leading department store setting such as Harrods or similar luxury retailer.
