Burberry is seeking a Store Operations Manager for our flagship Sloane Street team. You will lead back-of-house operations with precision, ensuring efficient, compliant store processes and high standards of stock accuracy.

Collaborating across departments and with external partners, you will enable the shop floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences, uphold Burberry's luxury standards, and drive operational excellence with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient and compliant store processes.
• Deliver exceptional support and service to store teams, enabling a seamless customer experience on the shop floor.
• Maintain high standards of organisation, stock accuracy and operational excellence across all areas of the store.
• Build strong relationships with internal departments and external service providers for effective communication and execution.
• Monitor operational activities and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and service levels.
• Champion Burberry standards, fostering professionalism, accountability and attention to detail.
