Job summary

Loro Piana, a leading Italian luxury Maison, seeks a Store Manager in London to drive commercial results with an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on leadership style. You will coach and develop your team to prioritise the client and consistently exceed expectations.

You will cultivate a client-centric culture, develop the team, and oversee operations, inventory, and visual merchandising to uphold brand standards. Fluency in English is required; experience in luxury retail is preferred.

• Proven experience in a similar retail environment, leading and developing diverse teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with commitment to valuing and championing diversity.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen and adaptable, agile, creative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Grow store sales by identifying trends and opportunities and maximising their potential.
• Develop key categories and drive action plans to increase performance.
• Build and develop a strong client base and network with stakeholders to drive business.
• Lead the team with coaching and development plans to optimise performance.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
• Ensure health & safety, store facilities, uniform and grooming guidelines are followed.
