Job summary

John Lobb, part of the Hermès group, seeks a Store Manager for its Northampton Factory Shop. You will lead daily shop operations, oversee stock, and supervise staff and agency workers in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

You will report to the EME Sales Director and drive sales, customer satisfaction, and CRM initiatives while ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal procedures. Experience in retail management is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail setting with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing roles.
• Ability to lead, organise and train store staff and agency workers.
• Comfort with CRM and customer data management.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and retail systems (Cegid).

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and customer service at the Northampton Factory Shop.
• Manage stock, deliveries, and back-office administration.
• Oversee sales targets, reporting, and CRM data maintenance.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data security for customers.
• Train new staff and agency workers; cooperate with the regional team.
