Job summary

MONCLER is seeking a Team Manager / Department Manager at Harrods London to lead the Client Advisor team, raising service levels and sales performance. You will recruit, coach and develop staff while collaborating with the Store Manager to drive commercial success.

You will analyse KPIs, optimise operations and ensure adherence to brand standards, policies and asset protection in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail management experience with 2-3 years in luxury/premium fashion.
• Deep product sensitivity and styling expertise for fashion, craftsmanship and heritage.
• Proven commercial track record in achieving sales targets, growing clientele and developing teams.
• Strong people leadership with coaching and employee relations in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Advanced organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and prioritisation.
• Analytical ability to interpret sales reports and KPIs to drive performance.
• Operational proficiency with store equipment and systems.
• Excellent communication skills in fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and productivity by leading the sales team and managing KPIs.
• Motivate and model exceptional service, product knowledge and commercial behaviours.
• Recruit, interview and hire a high-performing team to grow the business.
• Oversee daily store operations: scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, shipping/receiving.
• Analyse sell-through and productivity; collaborate with Regional partners to grow the business.
• Coach staff through training programmes, CRM use and brand standards.
• Develop team with clear growth paths through regular reviews and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
