Job summary

Cartier in London is seeking a stock administrator to support boutique operations from delivery through to in-store transfers, including banking, inventory control and adherence to stock management policies.

You will assist with stock deliveries and consignments, price labelling, omni-channel stock handling, and annual, cycle and spot counts while applying strong IT skills in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role and aptitude for organisation.
• Strong command of IT systems and applications.
• Luxury industry experience is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support stock administration from delivery to boutique transfer, including banking and inventory control.
• Prepare banking and cash closing while following financial procedures and reporting.
• Assist with stock deliveries, transfers, quality control and consignments.
• Prepare pieces for display, including price labelling and price changes.
• Support omni-channel orders from a stock perspective and implementation of brand policies.
• Provide additional support in alternative locations as required.
• Contribute to annual count organisation, cycle counts, spot counts and related inventories.
