Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of massage treatments to clients (male and female).
• Ensure treatments meet high standards and adhere to LQA and Forbes guidelines.
• Greet clients professionally and handle complaints tactfully.
• Confidently recommend and sell retail home care products to meet targets.
• Possibly perform other spa services as qualified (manicure/pedicure, waxing).
• Contribute to maintaining exceptional service level in line with LQA standards.
