• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification.
• Experience in a busy 5* spa environment preferred.
• Professional presentation and grooming expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional spa treatments including massages, facials and body treatments.
• Provide high level customer service, build trust and recommend bespoke treatments.
• Stay up to date with trends and pursue qualifications as needed.
• Carry out spa duties and cleaning to maintain hygiene and ambience.
• Maintain therapy rooms and stock levels, adhering to safety standards.
• Interact warmly with guests and enhance their luxurious experience.
