The Fellows House Cambridge, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms and corridors are spotless and inviting. You will engage with guests to maintain a high standard of hospitality and support the housekeeping team in day-to-day duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to hotel standards.
• Maintain corridors and public areas to ensure guest comfort.
• Replenish consumables and restock supplies as needed.
• Keep trolleys and storage areas tidy and organized.
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Assist with additional cleaning duties as directed by the housekeeping supervisor.
• Protect guests' property and hotel belongings at all times.
