Job summary

The NICI Collection is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team and maintain guest bedrooms to the highest standards. You will ensure rooms are clean, comfortable, well presented, and ready for guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• High standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Reliable, hardworking, and professional.
• Able to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a consistently high standard.
• Make beds and change bed linen and towels as required.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean all bedroom and bathroom areas.
• Replenish guest amenities and supplies.
• Ensure bedrooms are presented in line with THE NICI's standards.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, damage, or missing items.
• Handle guest belongings with care and respect guest privacy at all times.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and housekeeping trolleys to a high standard.
• Complete assigned rooms within the required timeframes while maintaining quality.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping procedures.
• Support the wider Housekeeping team when required.
