Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred.
• Basic spoken English and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and common areas to club standards.
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities, ensuring presentation.
• Check rooms for maintenance issues and report faults promptly.
• Respect guest belongings and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas in a tidy condition.
• Support laundry tasks as needed.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures including PPE usage.
• Communicate guest requests or incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Assist with turndown service or special requests when required.
• Keep hallways and service areas clean and uncluttered.
