The House of Creed, based at Harrods, Knightsbridge, seeks a dynamic Team Leader to elevate luxury client experiences and drive sales performance. You will lead a high-profile team, coach staff, and ensure exceptional service aligned with the Creed heritage and Harrods standards.

You will manage day-to-day operations, plan sales targets, monitor KPIs, and oversee stock, compliance, and talent development to deliver a seamless luxury shopping experience for our discerning clientele.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial retail sales management experience in luxury retail.
• Experience in managing a retail location with high turnover and targets.
• Proven success in leading and developing a large team.
• Strong stakeholder management with Harrods or luxury partners.
• High attention to detail and creative problem-solving.
• Influencing and motivational communication skills.
• Extensive client/customer interactions.
