Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles in luxury fashion/retail.
• Passion for retail, client service and commercial mindset.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional in-store client experience.
• Welcome and assist each client, asking engaging questions.
• Build long-term client relationships through CRM initiatives.
• Lead on selling floor and drive sales targets; be accountable for KPIs.
• Cross-sell with departments to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display.
• Ensure payment operations are accurate, including returns and tax-free.
• Contribute to security by preventing theft and tagging merchandise.
