Job summary

Frasers Group is looking for a motivated Supervisor to join the Belfast store and lead a team of Sales Advisors, reporting to the Store Manager. You will oversee daily store operations, drive commercial performance and ensure a premium customer experience.

As part of the leadership team, you will coach staff, monitor KPIs, control stock movement and support with training and development to achieve targets and maintain visual standards in line with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, supervisory role.
• Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Good product knowledge, brands, trends and materials.
• Understanding of merchandising, stock control and loss prevention.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department and team performance within the store.
• Lead and coach the sales team to meet targets and deadlines.
• Work with Store Management to implement plans and KPIs.
