Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking a Store Supervisor for Calvin Klein in the United Kingdom. You will lead by example on the shop floor, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in line with two premium brands.

The role requires strong people management skills, effective communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing store demands. You will support merchandising, participate in management meetings, and coach staff on product knowledge and service standards to achieve store

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams within premium or luxury brands.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and manage staff performance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Capacity to lead a team on the shop floor with pace and energy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor and high levels of customer service, sales and profit.
• Support the management team with personnel, merchandising and store processes.
• Participate in weekly management and staff meetings.
• Communicate promotions clearly to staff and drive sales targets.
• Lead by example and maintain brand standards across the store.
• Develop staff through training on product knowledge and store operations.
• Perform manager-on-duty duties and store opening/closing tasks.
• Foster a positive store environment and repeat customer base.
