You will manage daily operations, communicate promotions, support merchandise and people management, and help drive sales while fostering a collaborative, inclusive in-store culture aligned with PVH standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury brand.
• Proven people management ability and conflict resolution.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Team player who recognises contributions and celebrates achievements.
• Confident in giving constructive feedback to drive improvement.
• Able to adapt quickly and work with pace in a retail environment.
• Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve high levels of service, sales and profit.
• Support management in personnel, merchandising and store processes.
• Participate in weekly and staff meetings and communicate promotions clearly.
• Drive shop floor sales while delivering exemplary customer journeys.
• Foster a positive, fair store experience for customers and colleagues.
• Support training on product knowledge and store maintenance for consistency.
• Meet targets for sales, budgets and transactions with the team.
• Perform manager-on-duty duties and oversee opening/closing routines.
• Build a talent pool for potential successors with management input.
