The Supervisor plays a key role, leading by example and inspiring teams through passion for our brands, delivering outstanding service, merchandising excellence and results-driven performance.

Qualifications

• You will have a track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced retail environments is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve high levels of customer service and sales.
• Support the management team with personnel, product and merchandising functions and store processes.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
• Clearly communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team.
• Foster a positive store experience and treat customers and colleagues fairly.
• Support the team with product knowledge training and store maintenance.
• Achieve company standards for personal sales results: budgets, sales per hour and units per transaction.
• Perform manager-on-duty functions, including opening/closing the store and sales floor management.
• Focus staff on building a repeat customer base through exceptional service.
• Ensure visual merchandising directives are executed on the floor and in the back room.
