Job summary

Reiss Limited is opening a brand new Heathrow Terminal 4 Store, and is seeking a Store Manager to drive commercial and operational excellence, achieve targets, and lead a team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will plan store goals, manage operations, stock levels, promotions, and recruitment, with a focus on premium service and visual standards. This is a full-time permanent role based on site in Heathrow.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience in a similar size operation.
• Passion for premium or luxury product is helpful, but open to all retail backgrounds.
• Proven track record of increasing business performance.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service through your team.
• Strong visual merchandising and commercial product management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan long-term store goals and strategy.
• Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Manage stock levels and stock control to minimise loss.
• Ensure promotions, sales and merchandising are executed to standard.
• Recruitment and retain talent; conduct performance reviews.
