Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL in London seeks a Security Specialist to support UK Security management and drive security projects across Richemont UK Market locations. You will conduct site inspections, manage compliance, and lead security training while coordinating with external partners and internal teams to uphold Richemont standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury retail security, strong CCTV and risk assessment skills, and the ability to travel across London and other locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in luxury retail security.
• Strong understanding of UK security risks and mitigation within a retail environment.
• Experience in security events.
• Proficiency in CCTV operation and investigative techniques.
• Experience managing relationships with external vendors.
• Strong IT literacy with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with security and site management to enforce security directives.
• Identify compliance deficiencies during site visits and implement solutions.
• Review and implement security specifications and create SOPs for primary sites.
• Deliver security training for employees across locations.
• Build relationships with local police and security partners.
• Ensure compliance with Richemont directives at all locations.
• Monitor KPIs and SLA compliance with external suppliers.
• Support security concepts for events and manage Level 1–2 events.
• Be the point of contact during events and coordinate logistics.
• Contribute to the UK Security Service Centre with analytics and dashboards.
