Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL, representing IWC, seeks an experienced PR & Events Executive to plan and execute high‑impact brand events in the UK & Ireland. You will manage budgets, coordinate agencies, and ensure consistent brand messaging across retail and partner activations.

You will build relationships with retailers, vendors, and industry partners, driving visibility for IWC while upholding luxury aesthetics and sustainability across all events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in event management, marketing or partnerships.
• Experience planning and managing budgets for high‑profile events.
• Strong project management and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute UK & Ireland events for retail, wholesale, PR, influence and brand activations.
• Manage budgets and ROI for activations and collaborations.
• Coordinate agencies for setup, catering and breakdown of events.
• Collaborate with HQ Events, Partnerships and Visual Merchandising teams.
• Ensure sustainability and brand guidelines across events and retail activations.
• Monitor media coverage and report on press clippings for partner activations.
• Coordinate logistics and movement of product samples for events and press.
