Job summary

REISS is looking for a Sales Manager to join their premium retail team in the United Kingdom. You will report to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, guiding a motivated team to meet targets while maintaining a safe, efficient store environment.

You will deliver elevated customer service, coach team members, and drive sales by monitoring KPIs. You will support leadership in communicating the business plan and sharing in-depth product knowledge with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a retail setting.
• Strong background in customer-facing roles within premium or luxury environments.
• Ability to coach and develop team members effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
