Job summary

REISS is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our premium retail team. You will support the management team, motivate staff to hit targets, and maintain a safe, efficient store environment with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a premium or luxury retail setting.
• Proven ability to deliver premium customer service and drive sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced store.
• Ability to lead by example and mentor junior staff.
