Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the United Kingdom to deliver a premium, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and embodying the Coach brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS, basic computer use (iPad/laptop), mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency; ability to read price/release sheets.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background; clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; follow style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Assist with daily store operations.
