Assist Security Group is recruiting full-time Luxury Retail Security Officers to support prestigious retail environments in London. This highly visible, customer-facing role requires presentation, discretion and exceptional customer service while protecting people, property and brand standards.

Officers will work across varying shifts, maintain professional appearance, and engage with continuous training to align with evolving security practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a professional, welcoming and highly visible security presence
• Represent Assist Security Group and the client brand to a high standard
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage positively with customers, colleagues and visitors

• Wear the correct uniform, PPE and SIA badge as required
• Follow client policies, store procedures and security protocols

Assist Security Group is recruiting full-time Luxury Retail Security Officers to support prestigious retail environments.

This is a highly visible and customer-facing security role where presentation, professionalism, discretion and customer service are essential. Our officers are an important part of the customer experience and are expected to represent both Assist Security Group and the client brand to an exceptional standard.

We are looking for officers who understand that security within luxury retail is not simply about security presence. It is about creating a safe, welcoming and professional environment, protecting people and assets, and supporting the standards expected within a premium retail setting.

Role Summary

Employment: Full-time

Hours: Hours and shift patterns vary depending on the individual site and operational requirements.

Candidates must have full-time availability and be able to work flexibly across the shift pattern required by the site.

Please be aware: This role may involve long periods of standing, depending on operational and site requirements.

Luxury Retail Security Officers work closely with store teams while maintaining a professional, discreet and reassuring security presence.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, high standards of personal presentation and the ability to remain observant and alert while operating within a customer-focused environment.

The purpose of the role is to ensure the safety and security of customers, colleagues, property and assets while supporting the client's brand standards and customer experience.

There is also an expectation to engage with continuous training, as policies, procedures and technology continue to develop within the security and retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of vigilance and identify suspicious behaviour, potential risks or security concerns
• Support the prevention of theft, loss and other security incidents
• Conduct patrols and other security duties where required
• Respond appropriately and professionally to incidents, maintaining a calm and discreet approach
• Report and record incidents accurately and in a timely manner, following the correct escalation procedures
• Work collaboratively with store management, retail colleagues and emergency services where required
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Support the client's luxury retail environment and comply with reasonable operational requests

Person Specification

Essential

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Full-time availability, with flexibility to work the shift pattern required by the individual site
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Able to remain alert and focused during periods of static duty

Desirable

• Previous experience within luxury retail security or a similar customer-facing security environment
• Previous experience working within a luxury, premium retail or high-end hospitality environment
