The venue closes at 3am on Fridays and Saturdays, so you’ll need energy to lead late finishes and maintain a vibrant atmosphere. Strong leadership and collaboration with the Head Chef are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support senior management in day-to-day venue operations.
• Deliver a first-class guest experience across all service periods.
• Recruit, train and develop high-performing Front of House teams.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to maximise front/back of house efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Due Diligence, Licensing, H&S, and food safety.
• Maintain and elevate service standards through coaching and innovation.
• Manage atmosphere to keep energy high during late close.
