Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Restaurant and Bar Manager for Rhinefield House Hotel in Brockenhurst, Hampshire. The role leads the bar, lounge, terrace and conservatory dining, with a small room service operation, ensuring consistently excellent guest experiences.

The successful candidate will manage a high-volume operation, drive service excellence, and work five days out of seven (40 hours) with weekend rotas.

Qualifications

• Premium bar experience and high-volume service knowledge.
• Proven restaurant management experience in luxury or country-house settings.
• Strong leadership and people management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Bar, Lounge, Terrace, and Conservatory Restaurant operations and a small room service.
• Lead and develop the team to deliver exceptional service at all times.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor work activities while driving improvements.
• Ensure a safe, healthy workplace and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the Conservatory Head Chef to upgrade offerings and guest experiences.
