This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll be entrusted with overseeing beautiful guest properties and ensuring an outstanding guest experience from start to finish. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating guest arrivals – keys ready, property prepped, smooth transport arranged
  • Greeting guests and ensuring a warm, professional welcome
  • Organising bespoke itineraries, restaurant bookings, and appointments
  • Overseeing renovations, maintenance, and managing contractors
  • Opening and closing properties, managing deliveries and inventories
  • Handling daily errands – household purchases, car maintenance, and more

Candidate:

  • Service-oriented with excellent attention to detail Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Hands-on, proactive, and resourceful with a can-do attitude
