We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic lettings negotiator to join our team.

What We Offer:

You will be part of a fast-growing, tech-forward company where innovation and energy drive our success. With 50 properties available at any given time, you will always have plenty of stock to work on. We invest heavily in technology to streamline your work, allowing you to focus solely on negotiating and closing deals.

Our friendly and collaborative team motivates, supports, and celebrates each other's successes, ensuring a positive work environment. We offer balanced work hours, with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM. Negotiators take turns handling weekend inquiries, so you will get weekends off to enjoy time with your family. You will benefit from a financially rewarding role due to the high rental values and the support of our experienced, close-knit team.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a hardworking, persistent, and enterprising individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. We value team players who thrive in a friendly, competitive setting where everyone cheers for each other's successes. Ideally, you have two years of experience as a lettings negotiator to quickly adapt and excel in this role.

If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the objectives of an applicant to identify their needs and requirements
  • Handle lettings enquiries and present suitable properties which meet the applicant's needs
  • Conduct viewings and negotiate offers
  • Prepare tenancy documents, oversee referencing and Right to Rent checks
  • Monitor the property market to identify new schemes and opportunities
  • Maintain a database of all properties in the portfolio
  • Promote and enhance the exposure of the company's portfolio on social media
  • Support the Lettings Director with additional tasks as and when required

Skills required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a lettings negotiator, ideally in central London
  • Ideally ARLA licensed
  • Willing to learn and develop in the role
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships with tenants and landlords
  • Be efficient and organised
