Abercrombie & Kent UK is seeking a Private Client Manager to join our Harrods team. You will develop bespoke journeys, build long-term client relationships, and translate client preferences into itineraries, travel arrangements and unforgettable experiences.

The role combines high-touch sales with destination knowledge and collaboration with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed annual targets. Experience in luxury travel sales and a client-centric mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in travel sales.
• Strong understanding of the luxury travel industry and client expectations.
• Sales-driven and motivated by targets and results
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A positive, collaborative team player with a can-do attitude
• Enthusiastic, personable, and keen to grow within the travel industry

Responsibilities

• Develop destination knowledge worldwide through training and briefs.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to review workload, pipeline, and priorities.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings in Harrods.
• Create bespoke itineraries and respond to client needs.
• Research flight schedules, hotel availability, and Amadeus procedures as needed.
• Deliver proposals and quotes within 24 hours where possible.
• Manage the sales process from enquiry to booking and drive conversions.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships through updates and post-travel follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a network of clients through outbound outreach and appointments.
• Work towards personal and team sales targets to grow revenue and margin.
