Responsibilities include destination knowledge, face-to-face client meetings, and rapid proposal delivery. The role emphasizes luxury travel expertise, sales-driven performance, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in travel sales.
• Strong understanding of the luxury travel industry and client expectations.
• Sales-driven and motivated by targets and results.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• A positive, collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop destination knowledge worldwide through regular training, updates, and educational trips.
• Collaborate with your Sales Manager in daily catch-ups to review workload, pipeline, and priorities.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings at Harrods to present bespoke itineraries.
• Create bespoke itineraries aligned with client preferences using thorough questioning.
• Research schedules, hotel availability and Amadeus procedures to deliver quotes within 24 hours.
