Job summary

Leisure People is seeking an outstanding Restaurant Manager to lead operations at one of the UK’s most prestigious private members’ clubs in Epsom, Surrey. The role requires strong leadership to drive a high-performing restaurant team, delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, SOP adherence, budgeting and compliance while inspiring staff to maintain the club’s luxury standards and guest focus.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Experience delivering high service standards in luxury hospitality.
• Strong guest relations and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of health and safety and allergen management.
• Budgeting, cost control and financial monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and uphold SOPs for luxury dining.
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare staff rotas and monitor attendance.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop the team.
• Budget management within approved limits and forecast performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience.
