Job summary

Fashion Personnel is working with a prestigious luxury retailer to recruit a Temporary Merchandise Admin Assistant to support stock management, allocation and reporting from its London head office.

You will monitor stock levels across stores and online, prepare trading analyses, assist with stock movements and data maintenance, and collaborate with Merchandising, Buying and Distribution to ensure smooth product flow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a retail head office merchandising team.
• Experience in allocation, stock management, replenishment, or merchandise administration.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident working with Excel and large volumes of data.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Available to start immediately with no notice period.

Responsibilities

• Support the merchandising team with stock allocation and replenishment.
• Monitor stock levels and availability across stores and online channels.
• Produce and maintain trading reports and sales analysis.
• Assist with intake management and stock movements.
• Identify potential stock opportunities and risks.
• Work closely with Merchandising, Buying and Distribution teams to ensure smooth product flow.
• Maintain accurate product and stock data.
