Job summary

FASHION PERSONNEL is recruiting for an Assistant Merchandiser to join a leading luxury brand's head office in London. This is a temporary, full-time role with an immediate start, office-based only.

You will assist the Merchandiser with trading analysis, maintain WSSI/stock plans and manage stock movement, supporting weekly reporting and OTB re-forecasting in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Merchandiser within fashion or luxury retail.
• Advanced Excel capability with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and formulas.
• Ability to work with large data sets and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support Merchandiser with trading analysis and reporting.
• Update and maintain WSSI and stock plans.
• Manage intake, allocations and stock movement.
• Produce weekly sales and performance reports.
• Assist with re-forecasting and OTB management.

Assistant Merchandiser - Luxury Brand | Immediate Start | Temp Role | Head Office Based

A leading luxury brand is seeking an experienced Assistant Merchandiser to join their head office team on an immediate start temporary contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, high-profile environment supporting the merchandising function across key product categories. Due to the nature of the role, this position is fully office-based (no hybrid working).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Merchandiser with trading analysis and reporting
• Updating and maintaining WSSI and stock plans
• Managing intake, allocations and stock movement
• Producing weekly sales and performance reports
• Assisting with re-forecasting and OTB management
• Liaising cross-functionally with Buying, Planning and Retail teams

About You:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Merchandiser within fashion or luxury retail
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas essential)
• Confident working with large data sets and reporting to tight deadlines
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Immediately available and able to commit to a full-time office-based role
