Edwardian Hotels London is recruiting a Meeting & Events Manager for The May Fair Hotel in London. You will lead day-to-day operations of meetings and events, work with clients and internal teams, and ensure spaces are prepared to the highest standards to deliver the famed Edwardian guest experience.

You will manage multiple events, mentor a team of colleagues, uphold health and safety standards, and respond promptly to changes in plans, ensuring flawless delivery in a luxury hospitality

Qualifikationen

• Has previous management experience within meetings and events, ideally in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and guest-focused service.
• Calm, organised, and solutions-focused under pressure.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day operation of meetings and events, ensuring every event is delivered to an exceptional standard.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and bring each event to life.
• Ensure event spaces are prepared and presented beautifully with outstanding attention to detail.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Food & Beverage, Sales and operations teams for seamless delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients, anticipating needs and responding quickly to changes.
• Take ownership of guest and client feedback, resolving issues professionally.
• Maintain highest standards of health and safety, food safety and operational compliance.
• Be a visible presence during events to support the team and ensure a memorable experience.
