Job summary
The BoTree Wellness Club, a luxury private members club, is seeking a Longevity Technology Specialist to support the day-to-day operation of our wellness technologies. You will help members use equipment safely and confidently while delivering a premium service experience; full training will be provided.
You will perform safety checks, assist with cryotherapy, red light, HBOT and infrared saunas, and maintain logs.
Qualifications
- Experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality or customer service is a great starting point.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety, hygiene and operating procedures.
- Confidence communicating with members and explaining information clearly.
- A genuine interest in wellness, longevity and health technology.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends where required.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain longevity equipment and safety protocols.
- Assist members in using cryotherapy, red light, HBOT and saunas.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report issues.
- Maintain accurate usage logs and records.
- Provide clear demonstrations and guidance to members.
- Collaborate with Wellness and Performance teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
