Job summary

The BoTree Club invites a visionary Head of Programming to shape and lead our class schedule and experiences calendar for members and hotel guests. You’ll be a visible presence in the Club, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our Conscious Luxury ethos and premium hospitality standards.

Working with the Director of Wellness, you will own the events calendar, partner with instructors, and host experiences with warmth and confidence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event programming, class scheduling or experience curation in wellness, fitness or premium hospitality.
• Ability to collaborate closely with instructors and trainers to design impactful timetables.
• Confident, engaging hosting style with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using CRM or digital platforms to manage RSVPs and engagement.
• Creative mindset and intuition for what drives member interest and participation.
• Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the class programming calendar, including all activities in the infrared studio.
• Work with instructors and personal trainers to build a balanced, inspiring timetable.
• Own the events and experiences calendar across wellness, movement, lifestyle and learning.
• Build partnerships with premium brands, specialists and facilitators.
• Host and deliver events with a warm, confident and engaging presence.
• Manage RSVPs, waitlists, attendance and digital visibility through the Club's CRM.
• Collaborate with Membership, Wellness, F&B and Marketing for seamless delivery.
• Monitor engagement data and feedback to continually refine programming.
• Ensure every experience meets The BoTree's service, operational and brand standards.
