Job Description:

Responsibilities: The Sales Assistant will support the Showroom Sales Team by providing customers with information and advice regarding acquisitions, ensuring an outstanding sales experience. The Sales Assistant reports directly to the Showroom Manager.

Main Activities:

  • Support the Sales Team in meet and greet, providing excellent hospitality.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through superior sales service.
  • Engage with customers, using appropriate selling skills to match their needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospect new ones.
  • Keep the store condition and visual merchandising standards high.
  • Provide product information and technical support to customers.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and store goods, check for damages.
  • Use company reporting tools (quote/project registration, traffic registration, CRM).
  • Expand the company database through client data registration and profiling.
  • Assist in organizing events and promotional activities.
  • Prepare sales and customer relations reports by analyzing sales data.
  • Investigate customer complaints and suggestions.
  • Support the Store Manager in implementing programs and achieving organizational objectives.

Experience and Education: 2-3 years of experience in high-end furniture or luxury goods industry preferred.

Technical and Soft Skills: Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel); strong communication and interpersonal skills; problem-solving attitude; customer-oriented; team player; positive and enthusiastic; proactive in achieving goals.

Work Location: Harrods - London

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, shifts from 10 AM to 6 PM or 12:30 PM to 9 PM, rotating schedule.
